SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to view a dynamic report through the Analysis module in the BizDesk, you may receive the following error message:
Microsoft Office PivotTable List

The PivotTable list " " could not connect to data source " ". For information about the data source, consult the creator of the file.

0x800aobcd: Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.

CAUSE

There is no data in the Data Warehouse for the report.

RESOLUTION

Import data into the Data Warehouse.
