XL97: Radar Chart Shrinks After Print Preview (272716)

SYMPTOMS

After you print preview a worksheet that contains a radar chart, the radar chart dimensions shrink dramatically.

CAUSE

This problem results from the inconsistent use of screen information (screen metrics) and printer information (printer metrics) to calculate the chart dimensions in Excel.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
