When you attempt to start one of the games listed at the beginning of this article, the game may not start, or the game may quit unexpectedly.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:
- A video adapter based on one of the following chip sets is
installed in your computer:
- nVIDIA TNT2 Ultra
- 3Dfx Voodoo 3
- The video driver for your video adapter is outdated.
- Your video adapter is configured to use a True Color (32-bit)
color palette with a screen resolution of 1600 by 1200 pixels or
higher.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, contact the manufacturer of your video adapter to inquire about how to obtain and install the latest version of the video driver for your video adapter.
