This article was previously published under Q272284 SYMPTOMS When you use one of the programs listed at the beginning of
this article to print a three page landscape banner with a Shaped Text item
that spans all three pages, a small gap may appear at the beginning of pages
two and three.
As a result, the end of page two may be printed on an
extra sheet. CAUSE The issue can occur if both of the following conditions are
true:
- You print the banner to an Epson Stylus 400
printer.
- The printer driver for your printer is outdated.
RESOLUTION To resolve this issue, contact Epson to inquire about how
to obtain and install the latest printer driver for your printer.
