Works: AutoSum Does Not Recalculate Sum of Column (272264)

The sum of a column within Microsoft Works Spreadsheet may be incorrect.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if you use the AutoSum function to total the
column, and then use a copy and paste operation to copy a number from
another spreadsheet into a cell in that column.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, double-click the AutoSum formula in the cell
that contains the sum of the column to automatically recalculate the sum
of the column, or edit the numbers manually.
To edit the numbers manually, follow these steps:
- Click to select the cell in which you want to change
the number.
- Type the number that you want in the selected cell, and
then press ENTER.
The AutoSum function automatically recalculates the sum of the column.
