SYMPTOMS
If you have Microsoft Outlook Internet Mail Only (IMO) configured with an Internet Message Access Protocol 4 (IMAP4) e-mail account and have the rules set up with the following conditions:
When you receive a new mail message from an IMAP account move it to a specified folder, either an IMAP folder or a folder located on a Personal folders file (PST).
If you open your Inbox and check for new messages, the rules from the IMAP account stops responding, and you receive the following error message:

Folder Name cannot copy to the Folder Name folder.
RESOLUTION
A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem.
