SYMPTOMS

You cannot create a new blank Microsoft Excel workbook from the Microsoft Office document window when you use the Outlook Integrated File Management feature.

CAUSE

This behavior is by design. This behavior can occur when you use the Integrated File Management feature and when you browse your computer through Outlook.
