This article describes how to install Connection Manager Administration Kit (CMAK) on Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional.

Installing CMAK on Windows 2000 Professional- Obtain a CD-ROM for Windows 2000 Server or Advanced Server.
- Browse the CD-ROM and locate the file Adminpak.msi, in the I386 folder.
- Double-click the Adminpak.msi file to install the Server Administration Tools and CMAK.
Once the installation is complete, you can create profiles on Windows 2000 Professional.
NOTE: This procedure does not install Phone Book Server (PBServer) even if Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) is installed on the Windows 2000 Professional client.
