OL98: The Copy Folder Design Option Does Not Work in the French Version of Outlook 98 (271241)

SYMPTOMS
When you try to copy the folder design of a public folder, you may receive following error message
The command is not available. See the program documentation about how to use the item.
and the Copy Folder Design option is unavailable (grayed out).
CAUSE
This problem can occur because the Emsuix.ecf file refers to the wrong menu entries.
RESOLUTIONA supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem. To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the fix.
