Program Hangs Because of Deadlock in Ntdll (271182)

A program may stop responding (hang) indefinitely. When this occurs, you must restart the program or process. This problem is most likely to occur on computers with multiple processors.
CAUSE
There is a problem with the heap and critical section initialization that can cause a deadlock in Ntdll.
