PPT2001: Footer Text Not Printed on Handouts, Outlines, or Notes with A4 Paper Size Setting Selected (271120)

When you print handouts, notes, or outlines, the footer text may not be printed.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if both of the following conditions are true:
- The presentation is printed to an Epson printer such as the Epson Stylus Photo 1270.
-and- - The paper size in the Print options is set to A4 (Metric paper size 8.27" x 11.69").

Use one of the following methods to work around this issue:
- Increase the Print Area setting in the Options dialog box of the Epson print driver.
-or- - Use a different paper size (such as Letter); to do so, follow these steps:
- On the File menu, click Page Setup.
- In the Page Setup dialog box, click Options, and then click Letter in the Paper Size box. Click OK.
- Click Letter in the Slide sized for box. Click OK.
-or-
- Use a different printer.
