PPT2001: PowerPoint QuickTime Movie Uses Fewer Templates Than Presentation (271094)

The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft PowerPoint 2001 for Macintosh

This article was previously published under Q271094

SYMPTOMS

When you view a QuickTime Movie created with Microsoft PowerPoint 2001 for Mac, only one or two templates are used, even though the presentation uses additional templates.

CAUSE

This behavior is caused by a limitation in the way that PowerPoint creates QuickTime Movies. Either all of the slides use the same template, or the first slide uses one template and all the other slides are displayed with another template.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
