SYMPTOMS

When you save a presentation as a movie, and then you add credits to the movie, you find that the Credits field names that are listed, and the order in which they are listed, are not the same when viewed in PowerPoint and in QuickTime.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
