SYMPTOMS

When you click the Suite Menu in Microsoft Encarta Africana, some of the commands are unavailable.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, use one of the following methods:

  • Use the Start menu to start the program that you want.
  • Use the Integrated Find feature to find the article that you are looking for, and then start the program.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Encarta Reference Suite 2001 DVD-ROM version.
