OL2000: The "Retrieve Headers" Download Is Systematic for All Messages (270045)

This article was previously published under Q270045 SYMPTOMS With the French version of Outlook 2000 or with Outlook
2000 English plus the French Language Pack (LPK), when you use Remote Mail to
download the headers, headers for all messages in Inbox on the server are
downloaded locally instead of only the headers of new messages. You may end up
with several headers for a same message.
NOTE: The U.S. version of Outlook 2000 does not exhibit this behavior.
RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, obtain the latest
service pack for Microsoft Office 2000. For additional information, click the
