IntelliType Error Message: You Need to Have Administrator Privileges in Order to Run This Setup (270015)

When you attempt to install the Microsoft IntelliType software on a
Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer, you may receive the following
error message:
You need to have administrator privileges in order to run this
setup. Setup cannot continue.
When you click OK, Setup quits.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you are not logged on to the computer as
an Administrator.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, log off from the computer, and then log on
to the computer as an Administrator.
