Windows Media Player 7 and 7.1 Buttons Are Distorted When the Large Fonts Option Is Used (269859)

When you use the Large fonts or the Other option in Display Properties, the following issues may occur:
- The menu buttons in Media Player overlap and are not legible.
- The Media Guide information page may be distorted.
CAUSE
This issue can occur because you cannot make dynamic adjustments to this menu area in Media Player 7 and 7.1.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, decrease the font size so that it is smaller than 125 percent. To do this, follow these steps: - Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Display Properties, and then click the Settings tab.
- Click Advanced, and in Font Size click either Small Fonts or a value less than 125 percent.
