OL98: Spanish Version May Not Print Contacts Correctly (269844)

When you use the Spanish version of Outlook 98, the contacts may not print correctly.
RESOLUTIONA supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. WORKAROUND
This problem is not present in the Spanish version of Outlook 2000. You can upgrade to Outlook 2000 to work around this problem.

If you click to select the Include Headings for Each Letter check box in the Page Setup for Contacts, a heading separates each group of contacts. Each of these headers prints correctly until the letter "N" (without quotation marks). Once the letter N is reached, all remaining contacts are grouped under the letter N. The one exception is when the last name of your contact begins with a lower case 'En-Yeh' character (the En-Yeh character appears as an "n" (without quotation marks) with a tilde (~) over it. The ASCII value is 164). The contacts that begin with a lower case 'En-Yeh' are grouped under the letter "Z" (without quotation marks). If the 'En-Yeh' is upper case, it is grouped under the letter N.
