XL2000: "Do You Want to Save the Changes You Made to { ?" in French Excel 2000 (269679)

When you close a workbook in the French version of Excel 2000, you receive the following message:
Do you want to save the changes you made to { ?
Microsoft Excel recalculates formulas when opening files last saved by an earlier version of Excel.
The { character in the message is supposed to be the workbook name.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when you do the following:
- You create a workbook in the French version of Microsoft Excel 97.
- You open the workbook in the French version of Microsoft Excel 2000.
- You close the workbook.
