For the 2000 or 2001 versions of any product(s) listed above, follow these steps:

To print an individual picture:
  1. Open the picture that you want to print.
  2. On the Picture Options or the Workbench tab, click Print, and then click Print This Picture.
  3. Click the appropriate settings, and then click Print.
To print an individual picture on special paper for which a template is available:
  1. On the Picture Options or the Workbench tab, click Print, and then click "Print multiple pictures".
  2. Click your printer, and then click Next.
  3. Under "Click a Category", click the manufacturer of the paper on which you want to print.
  4. Click Portrait or Landscape.
  5. In the right pane, click a template.
  6. Click Next, and then click Next again.
  7. From the filmstrip at the bottom of the screen, drag your picture onto an opening at the center of the page.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Click a print quality, and then click Print.
To print an individual picture on special paper without a template:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
  2. Right-click your printer icon, and then click Properties.
  3. Click the tab that contains paper size information. For many printers, this information is on the Paper tab.
  4. Click the appropriate paper size, and then click OK.NOTE: The paper size needs to include any perforations that may be on your paper.

    If the paper contains perforations, the top and bottom perforations must be the same size and the left and right perforations must be the same size.

    Picture It! Publishing subtracts the print size from the paper size to determine the perforation size.

    The procedure for choosing a custom paper size varies with each printer. Consult your printer documentation or your printer manufacturer for more information.
  5. In Picture It! Publishing, on the File menu, click Print.
  6. Click the appropriate paper size. This is the size of the paper on which the image is printed (not including perforations). If necessary, click Custom to select a custom paper size.
  7. Click Print.

For the 2002 version of any product(s) listed above, follow these steps:

To print an individual picture:
  1. Open the picture that you want to print.
  2. On the File menu, point to Print, then click Standard Paper.
  3. Select the appropriate settings, and then click Print.
To print an individual picture on special paper for which a template is available:
  1. On the File menu, point to Print, click Labels or Special Paper.
  2. Select your printer, and then click Next.
  3. Under Click a Category, click the manufacturer of the paper on which you want to print.
  4. Click Portrait or Landscape.
  5. In the right pane, click a template.
  6. Click Next, and then click Next again.
  7. From the Tray at the bottom of the screen, drag your picture onto the purple area on the screen.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Select the number of copies you want, and then click Print.
To print an individual picture on special paper without a template:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
  2. Right-click your printer icon, and then click Properties.
  3. Click the tab that contains paper size information. For many printers, this information is on the Paper tab.
  4. Click the appropriate paper size, and then click OK.NOTE: The paper size needs to include any perforations that may be on your paper.
