SYMPTOMS

When you are running Internet Explorer Administration Kit (IEAK), the Target Language box in the Language Selection window may be blank.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the Locale.ini file in the Program Files\IEAK folder is missing or damaged.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, restore the Locale.ini file from a backup set (if one is available), or uninstall and then reinstall IEAK.
