WD2000: Top of Square Brackets Is Cut Off When You Use Subscript or Superscript Template (269568)

When you create an equation that contains square brackets with either a subscript or a superscript template between the brackets, the top of the brackets is cut off when you close the editing of the equation object.
NOTE: This problem occurs in any view in Microsoft Word, including print preview, and also when you print the Word document.
CAUSE
This problem is known to occur when you use any of the following superscript and subscript templates between the square brackets (fences):
- Large operator with superscript limit
- Large operator with subscript limit
- Large operator with superscript and subscript limits
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
