PhD2000: Cannot Open PhotoDraw TIFF File in Microsoft Imaging (269436)

When you create a TIFF file in Microsoft PhotoDraw 2000, and then attempt
to open the file in Microsoft Imaging for Windows, you receive one of the
following error messages:
- Imaging
An internal error has occurred.
- Imaging Preview
The document's format is invalid or unsupported.
You cannot open the TIFF file in Imaging.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, save the file that you created in PhotoDraw
in another graphic file format, such as BMP, GIF, or JPG. You can open
any of these file formats in Imaging, and then save the file as a TIFF
file in Imaging.
NOTE: This problem does not occur on Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 or
Microsoft Windows 2000-based computers.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
