Visio2000: After the Setup Program Restarts Your Computer, Setup May Not Finish the Installation (269394)

After the Setup program updates your system files and restarts your computer, your computer will try to run the Setup program again. If your computer cannot find this program, the installation quits.
CAUSE
Your computer may not be able to find the Setup program if any one of the following conditions is true:
- Your CD-ROM drive was mapped to a different drive letter than it was when you started the installation. (This can happen, for example, if you plug in a ZIP drive while your computer is restarting.)
- You were installing over a network but did not log on after restarting.
- You were installing over a network and logged back on as a different user.
- Your CD-ROM drive did not start up fast enough.
- Your networking subsystem did not start up fast enough.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, run the Mssup.exe program from your Visio 2000 CD.
To run the Mssup.exe program:- Open the Install folder on the Visio 2000 CD.
- Double-click the Mssup.exe program.
