This article was previously published under Q269306 SYMPTOMS When you print envelopes from one of the programs listed at
the beginning of this article to an Epson Stylus 440 printer, the return
address may be printed first even if you select the Stamp
first option. CAUSE This behavior can occur if the program is installed on a
Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer. RESOLUTION To print the envelopes correctly, you must specify that you
are loading the envelopes into the printer with the return address first.
To do this: NOTE: Open an envelope project before you follow these steps.
- On the File menu, click Print.
- In the Print dialog box, click Envelope
Options.
- In the Envelope Options dialog box, click Return address
first.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to print the
envelopes.
