When a user is logged on to a mailbox and clicks Send As in Microsoft Exchange Server to send a message as another mailbox or user, the message is saved to the Sent Items folder in the sender's mailbox. A copy of the message is not saved in the Sent Items folder for the user whose name was used to send the message.
