Screen Capture Automatically Stops Encoder When Application Is Restored (269053)

SYMPTOMS

When you encode and use the Screen Capture feature, the Encoder application window automatically minimizes. When you restore the application, the Encoder automatically stops.

RESOLUTION

You can turn off this feature by doing the following:
  1. Before the encoding session starts, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the General tab.
  2. Disable the Minimize during screen capture session, then stop on restore option, and then click OK.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
