Works 6: Word Stops Responding When You Convert Image in Word Processor Document (268764)

If you open a Microsoft Works 6 Word Processor document that contains a Clip Art image in Microsoft Word 2000, and you then attempt to convert the image, you may receive the following error message:
WinWord has caused an error in MSO9.DLL
WinWord will now close
In addition, Word stops responding (hangs).
CAUSE
This behavior can occur when the image you are trying to convert is an image from the Works 6 Clip Art collection.
RESOLUTION
To prevent this issue from occurring, do not attempt to convert an image
that is contained in a Works Word Processor document you have opened in Word,
unless you are certain that the image is not from the Works 6 Clip Art collection.
To determine whether an image is from the Works 6 Clip Art collection, double-click the image in the document. If the Works 6 Insert Clip Art dialog box appears, the image is from the Works 6 Clip Art collection.
