The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft Exchange 2000 Conferencing Server

This article was previously published under Q268745

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to book an online meeting request for a conference, the attendee availability may not be displayed properly. Instead, only No Information is displayed well into future dates and times.

CAUSE

This problem can occur if the Conference Management Service (CMS) cannot read from and write to the conference resource mailbox's free and busy information.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, the server that maintains the conference resource mailbox that is being invited as a resource must either:
  • Maintain a local copy of the Microsoft Schedule+ Free Busy Information - x administrative group in the Public Folders container of the public folder store. If this folder is not displayed, public folder replication from a public folder server for this specific object needs to occur. -or-

  • Redirect the default public store to an existing public folder server. To redirect the default public store, open the properties of the mailbox store, and then choose the appropriate public folder server.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
