When you are using a DPT SmartRAID V (DPT Decade) adapter model PM1554U2 with RAID 5, you may be unable to start your computer, or you may not be able to complete Windows NT Setup.
CAUSE
This issue may occur if you are not using the model PM1554U2 adapter
with an RA4050 accelerator and a minimum of 16 megabytes (MBs) of cache.
