ENT2001: Context Menu in Move Message Dialog Box Is Not Available (268688)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Move To Folder command, and then attempt to use the Context menu in Entourage, all commands may be unavailable.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, click the commands that you want on the Context menu before you use the Move To Folder command. For example, if you want to create a subfolder, use the New command on the File menu to create the subfolder.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
