ENT2001: Hyperlinks in Messages Do Not Work (268679)

SYMPTOMS

When you view messages in Entourage and the Folder List pane is not displayed, hyperlinks that are embedded in a message may not work when you click them.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, only click hyperlinks in e-mail messages with the Folder List pane displayed. To display the Folder List pane, click Folder List on the View menu. After the Folder List pane is displayed, you may need to restart Entourage.

WORKAROUND

This problem occurs most frequently in messages where there is text above the hyperlink.
