SYMPTOMS

When you load a saved game of Hearts from Microsoft Plus! Entertainment Pack: Cards & Puzzle Edition, incorrect scores may be displayed for the saved game.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you load the saved game from the main menu.

RESOLUTION

To prevent this issue from occurring, load saved games of Hearts from the game screen rather than the main menu.
