OL2000: (CW) How to Print Multiple Users' Calendars As One Calendar (268441)

SUMMARY
When you use Outlook, you cannot print the calendars of several users on a single page unless you use a third-party product.
If you use Groupcal, a third-party Visual Basic for Applications form, you can to create a local appointment folder that collates the schedules from a group of people. After you create the local calendar, you can use the viewing or printing features in Outlook to filter the data.

NOTE: The Groupcal program has the following system requirements:
- Outlook 2000 - Visual Basic for Applications is only available in Outlook 2000.
- Collaborative Data Objects (CDO) - This is an optional part of the Outlook 2000 or Microsoft Office 2000 setup procedure.
- Microsoft Exchange Server - Groupcal gathers appointments from calendars that are shared through an Exchange Server environment only.
- Local Calendar folder - You must create a new local calendar folder in which to store the Groupcal results.
