When you view a large chart by using the Chart Window option on the View menu, the chart window may be larger than the screen. As a result, not all of the chart is visible on your screen.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur with large charts that are significantly taller than they are wide.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, reduce the height (the vertical dimension) of your chart. To do this, use one of the following methods.
Resize a Chart- Select the chart that you want to resize. On an embedded chart, select the chart by clicking the blank area between the border of the chart and the plot area.
- Drag a sizing handle until the object is the shape and size that you want.
Resize a Chart by a Specific Percentage- Select a cell. Press SHIFT, and then select the chart that you want to resize.
- On the Format menu, click Object.
- Click the Size tab, and then under Scale, enter the percentages that you want in the Height and Width boxes.
- Click OK.
