PRB: OLAP Dates May Display Incorrect Format on Japanese Windows NT 4.0 (268358)

When the short date format is set to 'gg yy/mm/dd(ddd)' on a Japanese version of Microsoft Windows NT, and OLAP Services is used to browse date fields, the date information may be displayed incorrectly. In these cases, the year portion of the date will contain incorrect values.
CAUSE
This is due to an issue with Oleaut32.dll.
WORKAROUND
This problem does not occur with version 2.40.4513.1 and later of Oleaut32.dll. Updating this DLL to a newer version, or installing the latest Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack, should correct this problem.
