SYMPTOMS

When you play certain games with Microsoft SideWinder Game Voice, you may experience either of the following symptoms:
  • The game may ignore some of your voice commands.
  • You may experience a delay of up to 1 second before the game responds when you press a button on the control pad.
  • When you quit the game and then quit the Game Voice software, you may receive the following error message:
    Filename cause a General Protection Fault in module Kernel32.dll.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the game does not release memory and resources properly when you quit the game.
