SYMPTOMS

When you launch an application or a game that uses DirectDraw, you may notice that your pointer remains on the screen. In the application or the game, you are not able to control the pointer.

CAUSE

This behavior is caused by the NeoMagic MagicMedia 256 video drivers.

RESOLUTION

Please contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer or NeoMagic for an updated driver.
