CTRL+1 Does Not Restore to Full Mode When You Are Using the Pyrite Skin in Media Player 7 (267976)

SYMPTOMS

When you press CTRL+1 to restore Full mode in Media Player 7, Full mode is not restored.

CAUSE

This issue occurs if you are using the Pyrite skin. The Pyrite skin does not respond to the CTRL+1 key combination.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, use Anchor point to restore to full mode, or click the Anchor restore button in the skin.
