labeled "SR-1", making it difficult to visually determine which CD-ROM you are
using. To determine whether you have SR-1 or SR-1a, you must look at the
properties of the Data1.msi file on the Office 2000 SR-1 full product
CD-ROM. NOTE: This article does not apply to the Office 2000 SR-1 Update
CD-ROM. If you installed base-level (the original) Office 2000 product and then
installed the Office 2000 SR-1 Update, refer to the following Microsoft
