When you right-click Narrow or Wide in Cursor Width in the Accessibility option in the Control Panel, and then left-click the What's This dialog box, the following incorrect ToolTips occurs in Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me):
"Instructs programs to change the color scheme to the one specified in the Settings dialog box instead of using program-specific colors, and to increase legibility when ever possible."
