SYMPTOMS

On a SuperMicro PII-350MHz computer with Advanced Power Management (APM) enabled, the computer may not resume from standby mode. Upon restarting the computer, you may receive the following message:
POWER MANAGEMENT
The last few times your computer went on standby, it stopped responding. Would you like to prevent your computer from going on standby in the future?
YES / NO

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, click YES in the prompt to disable the standby function.
