SYMPTOMS

When you press the Windows logo key in the keyboard console on the On-Screen Keyboard (OSK) Accessibility tool, start another program such as Notepad, and then press keys on the physical keyboard to type text in Notepad, the following behaviors may occur:
  • OSK and Notepad are minimized to the Windows taskbar.
  • Multiple keystrokes open multiple sessions of Windows programs, such as Search Results or the Start menu.

STATUS

This behavior is by design. This is a feature of the Windows logo key on the physical and OSK.
