ToolTips Do Not Display on the Links Toolbar (267635)

When you add the Links toolbar to the taskbar, and then hover your mouse over any of the Links, ToolTips are not displayed. However, in Microsoft Internet Explorer, the ToolTips are displayed when you hover your mouse over the Links.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
