When you right-click in the interface of Ontrack's PowerDesk 4.0 and attempt to create a new .wav or .doc file, the screen updates, but the files are not created.
CAUSE
This issue is caused because the PowerDesk 4.0 and Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me) shells are inconsistent.
