SYMPTOMS

If you replace a CompactFlash storage card on a Microsoft Windows Pocket PC without previously clearing the Pocket Inbox check box on the Windows Pocket PC, e-mail attachment files cannot be stored.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, you must "hard reset" your Windows Pocket PC. The hard reset procedure can restore your CompactFlash storage card's ability to save attachments. You must check the documentation from the manufacturer of your Windows Pocket PC and the CompactFlash card to guide you through the hard reset procedure.
