When you attempt to delete a file, you may receive the following message:
Confirm Folder Delete
The folder <filename> is too big for the Recycle Bin.
Do you want to permanently delete it?
NOTE: The message refers to a folder even though you are deleting a large file.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the file is too large to be stored in the Recycle Bin. The Confirm Folder Delete dialog box is displayed when you delete both folders and files.
