SYMPTOMS

When you instruct your computer to print to a Canon BJC-210 Color Bubble-jet printer, the quality of the printout may be poor, even difficult to read.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, you must obtain a new device driver for Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me) from Canon, the manufacturer of the printer.

IMPORTANT: Before you install the new device driver, however, it is recommended that you remove the current device driver from your computer system. Read the Readme.txt file that is included with Canon's device driver for instructions on how to remove the current device driver.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, you can instruct the software that created the printed output to change to different fonts and/or font sizes.
