When you right-click a file and click Open With or Choose Program from the Open With menu, it may take a long time for the Open With dialog box to open.
CAUSE
If you have numerous programs installed on your computer, it can take a long time to build the Open With list. This problem only occurs the first time that the Open With dialog box is opened each session.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
