Mita DP-570 Printer Problems After Shutdown With Printer Left On (267334)

SYMPTOMS

After you upgrade to Windows 98 Second Edition and restart your computer while your Mita DP-570 printer is left on, you may experience one or more of the following printing-related symptoms:
  • When you try to print, your formatting may not be printed correctly, or your print job may not print at all.
  • Printed pages may have margins of up to 2 inches.
  • Text on the right side of the printed page may be truncated.
  • Lines of text may be separated by as much as 1 inch.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact your printers manufacturer about the availability of an updated driver for the Mita DP-570 printer.

To work around this issue, turn the printer off when you restart your computer, and then turn it on again.
